I just found rssHugger.com courtesy of Jack Humphrey’s Friday Traffic Report.
rssHugger.com is a new site that is designed to help bloggers attract more traffic. You get to register your blog and your feed, and your blog is then displayed to people with interest in what you write about.
The site is beautifully designed, but the process you need to go through to benefit from the free registration (just write a review of the site) is a mite confusing – and it should be really simple. I found myself having to hit the back button several times just to re-check what I should be doing!
There’s a top 100 page that displays the 100 most read blogs and this is re-set on the first of every month, the idea being to give everyone a better chance of making it onto the top 100.
The concept is interesting and I look forward to seeing what impact it has on my traffic. I’ll give an update in a month or so.
