Thanks - and I do agree with you about video, but I also think it needs to be good quality.  Not professional, studio produced stuff, but good quality.  There's a lot of really bad video on websites out there and it's more of a turn off than a turn on!

I use audio on my sites (and I'll be putting some on here in the next couple of weeks) but I have to say that I need a lot more practice (as well as some more equipment) before I can put up a decent quality video!

This is an excellent post. You are so right that it is the small things that make the big difference in landing or lead capture pages. 

I would also say that if someone really wants to get the edge on their competition, they should add a personal video on their landing page. Reading copy is great, but grabbing your visitor's emotions by creating a compelling and relevant video will build trust faster than anything else. 

I would also say that a personal guarantee can go a long way when you are looking dead in the camera promising your potential client or business partner they will not be disappointed.</description>
